ABOUT KOS

KOS Accounting Services Inc. was officially started in October 2019.

​

It offers virtual bookkeeping, accounting and tax services to entrepreneurs, freelancers and small to medium-sized businesses. We service a variety of clients from retail clothing, to automotive parts & accessories, hardware stores, small construction and manufacturing companies, vehicle detailing, car rentals, shopkeepers, fuel stations and skilled professionals; such as doctors and lawyers.

Our principal owner Jamal Small, graduated from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Hons). Since January 2010 he has worked as an auditor, accountant and tax professional. During this time he has honed his skills by working with clients in varying sectors such as retail, skilled professionals and international business companies.

Since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2016, he has subsequently been providing outsourced accounting services to small businesses. He is very passionate about facilitating the development of entrepreneurs and the growth of small businesses. This passion was fueled by the completion of programmes such as the Student Entrepreneurial Empowerment Development (S.E.E.D) project, at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and the Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme (Y.E.S.).
